BIG INTERNSHIPS program is designed to provide BIG Scholars with diverse real world experiences that shape their career trajectories and place them in direct connection with employers, workforce professionals, mentors, and trade partners. Through the program students engage with our BIG Partners who represent careers across the Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, and Civic Leadership market sectors. Students receive one-on-one experiences in the workforce learning: trades, industry financial sustainability, and relationship cultivation.  

 

In our BIG INTERNSHIPS program students have the opportunity to build long lasting relationships from multi level professionals and organizations that yield support, career discovery, and employment that makes our BIG Scholars ready to compete in an evolving workforce.
